Graham’s water treatment career started back in 1990 with a very dynamic little company (Thermochem) that provided first class water treatment training. In the early years looking after the water treatment needs of a wide range of cooling & steam raising sites. Often in and around central London he attended a number of meetings with EHOs and HSE inspectors quickly appreciating the need for good record keeping skills.
His role changed to Technical, H&S and quality manager (Rentokil Hygiene Division, following mergers) supporting 10 Branches around the UK providing a more diverse range of water and air hygiene services.
In June 2001 he set up Oculus Consulting Ltd. to provide consultancy services and software for the management of water systems. Oculus provides technical support to a few service providers and has helped many more become members of the LCA. More recently Graham has assisted in the redrafting of HSG274, HTM04-01 and is on several BSI drafting projects.
Graham is a field assessor for the LCA, trains for, and a member of, a number of organisations and an active member of the WMSoc Council and Technical Committee.
