This course has been designed to give a detailed view of boiler water treatment.
Some of the topics covered will be:
Basic Water Chemistry
Basic Boiler Principles
Methods of external treatment used to produce
make-up water suitable for boiler systems
Deaeration of boiler feed-water
Factors affecting concentration of boiler water
Internal treatment programmes for boiler water
Methods available for treatment of condensate

This course is designed for those needing in-depth knowledge of the safe and effective treatment of boiler water. It follows the module on Basic Principles and will only duplicate information given on that course where reinforcement is necessary.

Delegates This course will be particularly relevant to those responsible for boiler installations and water treatment engineers wishing to expand their knowledge.

N.B. Site engineers and those interested in the treatment of particular configurations of equipment are invited to send specifications of the installation in question with their booking form; every effort will then be made to incorporate relevant information.

WMSoc assessment
All delegates will be expected to complete a WMSoc Assessment. This will confirm understanding of the work completed during the day and complement the usual certificate of attendance.
